Speaker: Mike Albertson. Mike Albertson, Sales Engineer for Nortel is responsible for engineering converged voice applications for Nortel's direct touch and partner organizations in the Iowa and Nebraska markets. Before Joining Nortel in 2005 he was a Sales Engineer for a Nortel partner in Iowa for 7 years and an Installation/Support Engineer for 11 years before that. Mike is a 1987 graduate of The University of Northern Iowa with a B.S. degree in Energy and Power Technology.
