What is Really Going on in Congress and How Engineers Can Have an Impact
Speaker: Russell T. Harrison. Russ is one of IEEE-USA's lobbyists in Washington, DC. He speaks regularly to IEEE groups about IEEE-USA legislative work in Washington and about the role individual engineers have played in the political process. This year alone he has spoken with sections in over a dozen states. He is not a civics teacher. He is a professional lobbyist with over 10 years experience in Washington.
