Prime Rib - a 12 oz cut of slow roasted aged beef served with au jus and baked potato, Stuffed Chicken Normandy Tuscany - a boneless breast wrapped around asparagus and Swiss cheese, breaded, baked and served atop a bed of rice pilaf served with Hollandaise sauce. Entrees served with a house salad, steamed vegetables, dinner rolls, coffee, and tea or fountain soda.

Topic Overview: KATANA Summit, LLC, a partnership of Sumitomo Corporation of Tokyo and KATANA Industries, Inc., of Ephrata, Washington, manufactures tubular wind towers at the new Columbus location. The company began operations in Columbus this summer. There will be a wrap-up and question & answer session at the restaurant.
